Lianhe Zaobao site expands property section with international luxury listings

SINGAPORE - Looking for new property but can't seem to find something ideal? You now have an additional site to explore online and you can also gain access to new listings from around the world.

From Nov 17, Z-Property, the property section under Chinese daily Lianhe Zaobao's website, is expanding with more content and listings on luxury properties to cater to readers.

The Chinese Media Group Digital, which manages the site, has partnered with luxury property site PropGOLuxury.com for this new venture.

According to Lianhe Zaobao, Z-Property's Luxury Property will have a new look focusing on global luxury property listings by both local and international agencies such as Windermere Real Estate and Leverage Global Luxury Real Estate.

The section allows users to search for properties for sale and rent by location. Users can have a detailed profile of the properties they are interested in and contact the agents by phone or e-mail.

Ms Loh Woon Yen, deputy digital editor of Singapore Press Holding's Chinese Media Group, said: "With an increasingly connected world, we wanted to provide our savvy and cosmopolitan Zaobao readers a venue where they can easily keep abreast of international property trends as well as opportunities for property investments."

Mr George Varvitsiotis, managing director of PropGOLuxury.com, added that PropGoLuxury was launched to "fulfil the large and rapidly growing affluent property consumer base seeking to buy exclusive properties in Greater China, Singapore, Asia Pacific and globally".
