("Moxian" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: MOXC), an offline-to-online (O2O) integrated social media platform operator, today announced that it plans to hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2017 (the "Meeting") at 11:00 a.m. Beijing Time on September 28, 2018, which is 11:00 p.m. ET on September 27, 2018. Stockholders who own shares of the Company as of the close of business on August 29, 2018, the record date, will be entitled to vote at the meeting. The Meeting will be held at Building 22, No. 1517 Lizheng Road, Pudong District, Shanghai, China 201304.
The Company also announced that Mr. Qinghu Hao resigned on August 17, 2018 as the Chairman of the Board of Directors (the "Board"), but will remain as a member of the Board. Mr. Hao's replacement as Chairman has not yet been named.
