Ng Teng Fong Charitable Foundation Pledges RMB10M to Tsinghua University to Support EMPA Programme

Tailored curriculum is the first of its kind on mainland China, and conducive to nurturing next generations of Hong Kong executives with broad perspective

HONG KONG, Sept. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Ng Teng Fong Charitable Foundation has pledged RMB 10 million to Tsinghua University to support its Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA) Programme, the first EMPA programme on mainland China tailored for Hong Kong executives to groom the next generations of talents with broad perspective.

The inauguration ceremony of the first intake of the Tsinghua University Executive Master of Public Administration Programme was held on campus on 3 September 2018. Mr Daryl Ng, JP, Director of the Ng Teng Fong Charitable Foundation, received a thank-you note from Mr Yang Bin, Vice President of Tsinghua University.

Mr Daryl Ng, JP, Director of the Ng Teng Fong Charitable Foundation, presented the pledge to Mr Yang Bin, Vice President of Tsinghua University to support the programme.
