Jardine Schindler Philippines was chosen as the sole supplier of lifts and escalators due to the company's innovative technology and their long-standing professional relationship. Schindler has worked with Daiichi Properties on other projects located at Bonifacio Global City in the past, including World Plaza, featuring Schindler's Personal Occupant Requirement Terminal (PORT) technology destination control system.

Schindler collaborated with the Daiichi team in the design of the elevators and escalators of The Finance Centre, configuring and selecting the full destination control systems. Schindler installed a total of 20 Elevators and two escalators at The Finance Centre, optimizing transport routes and efficiencies for tenants and visitors. The installation incorporates Schindler's top of the line S7000 Elevator with Schindler's PORT system.

The PORT system is a revolutionary vertical mobility technology that provides tenants with an enhanced elevator and escalator service experience. It determines the optimal route for each individual passenger based on their identity and required destination to offer a seamless journey in the shortest time possible. In addition, PORT technology further improves building security by offering floor access customization to better secure the building.

"Jardine Schindler Philippines is pleased to provide an exceptional vertical mobility experience to tenants and visitors of The Finance Centre. With Schindler's PORT Technology, they have the potential to remove many of the existing constraints on interior layouts, thereby allowing architects greater creative freedom when designing the next generation of buildings. This building's focus on sustainability, advanced technologies and innovation differentiates their service level to successfully attract high-profile tenants," said Peter Schwarer, Managing Director, Jardine Schindler Philippines.
