SINGAPORE - A new 380-unit executive condominium at Sengkang will be launched tomorrow.
Comprising of 4 towers of up to 25 storeys in height, the development will be made up of 3-bedroom to 5-bedroom units which range from 915 sq ft to 1722 sq ft.
CDL said in a press release that the 99-year leasehold EC will be "competitively priced with affordability in mind".
CDL's Verspring Properties had won tender of the 151,781 sq ft site at $135 million in November last year.
An analyst told the Straits Times that the estimated selling price for the development would likely range from $670 to $720 psf.
Lush Acres, which has a T.O.P. date of November 11, 2016, will be located near the Layar LRT station, the Greenwich V mall and The Seletar Mall.
Schools in the vicinity include Fernvale Primary School, Nan Chiau Primary & Secondary School and Anchor Green Primary School.
CDL also said in a statement that it will be implementing a 'balcony entrance' concept for some units so that home owners can enter the living room via a balcony, simulating the experience of living in a landed home.
Wet and dry kitchens will also be included in 4-bedroom suite units and above.
Residents will also have access to a first-of-its-kind Agri-Cube Hydroponic Farm which allows them to grow their own vegetables with the help of hygienic hydroponic technology.
Applications for Lush Acres by City Developments (CDL) at Fernvale Close will remain open until July 21. The price list will be released on August 15 and bookings will be conducted on August 17.
