MALAYSIA - Sim Lian Group has launched KL Trillion, a luxury serviced residence, in the heart of Malaysia's capital city, as part of its diversification drive.
Its subsidiary, Perumahan SLG Central Sdn Bhd, will launch 184 units, out of the 368 units available.
Prices start from RM965 (S$405) per square foot, and the booking fee is set at a minimal RM10,000.
Buyers enjoy a waiver of sale and purchase agreement legal and disbursement fees, and postponement of instalment payments which will start only after the project completion, added the company.
KL Trillion is a freehold integrated development expected to be completed by end-2015. It consists of a 33-storey Grade A office block and two 39-storey blocks of serviced residences atop a five-level retail and office podium.
