SINGAPORE - The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) awarded the tender for the residential site at Farrer Road to Far East Soho Pte Ltd.
The company submitted the highest bid of $45,777,000 in the tender for the site, which was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
It is designated for residential development and has a site area of 2,741.5 sqm and a gross floor area (GFA) of 3,839 m2.
The tender for the residential site was launched on July 30, 2012 and closed on August 28.
