Toronto-based celebrity chef Susur Lee returns to Singapore to showcase his latest menu at TungLok Heen.
Inspired by Canadian seasonal seafood and prepared in his signature fusion style, the menu is available as four- and six-course sets, spanning dishes such as Alaskan King crab salad with seared Japanese filet of beef, crispy garlic potatoes, citrus tamari and shaved truffle; wok-fried scampi with prawn mousse steamed in Chinese zucchini, Szechuan bean crumble, sumac and botargo with truffle crab bisque; X.O. lobster with Spanish chorizo, cognac uni emulsion and puree of wakame and spinach. He will also demonstrate his recipe for steamed turbot and crab dumpling at a one-session masterclass.
A one-night-only special wine dinner, in partnership with Vinum Fine Wines, will pair the menu with four premium French wines.
