Character theme park clinches top prize in tourism competition for youth

Organised by Temasek Polytechnic's School of Business and supported by the Singapore Tourism Board, the competition called for students to come up with ideas on how to make Singapore a major youth tourism destination.
SINGAPORE - A proposal of a theme park where visitors can live, eat and play as one of four characters - a pirate, astronaut, medieval warrior or soldier - won the top at this year's Tourism Innovation Competition (TIC).
