A beautiful beach home owned by Hollywood actress Charlize Theron and Glee creator Ryan Murphy was recently put back up for sale.
According to Celebrity Real Estate, the Prometheus star sold her Malibu home to Murphy for US$6.56 million (S$8.33 million) in June of 2011.
The 1930s home sits on La Costa Beach, and is just 2,100 square feet large. The house, which is considered modest compared to other celebrity homes, has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on two levels.
It includes a private courtyard, a pond and a stunning beachfront deck and cabana lounge. It also has a fire pit, a luxury spa and breathtaking views of the ocean.
Murphy reportedly lived in the home for just over one year before selling it for US$6.5 million. The property is now back on the market again at $8 million.
