One of the highlights of BookFest@Singapore 2014 is the inaugural Chef Wan Cooking Competition. For the preliminary round on Nov 15, which centres on the theme I Am Sticking To Chicken, participants will choose from nine recipes taken from the Malaysian chef's first Malay cookbook, 400 Resipi Terbaik, to cook and compete for the best dish. He will judge and shortlist finalists for the final round on Dec 14, themed I Am Sticking To Seafood. The top three winners will receive attractive prizes and cash, plus a dinner date with Chef Wan.
