Look away if you are lactose intolerant.

A man from Zhengzhou, China decided to bring home a container of milk from his trip to Australia. Except, at the airport, he realised that his three-litre jug might not make the flight home.

Since the airline's restrictions on liquids allowed only 500ml, the man decided to take things into his own hands (and stomach) by chugging two-and-a-half litres of milk in one go.

In a video posted on April 3, the man can be seen taking the bottle and downing the milk at Australia's Melbourne Airport.

The action stunned other passengers around him and amused bystanders can be seen gawking at his performance. The video has since gone viral in China, shared widely among Chinese social media users.

According to Pear Video, the man's friend was the one who filmed the clip. Apparently, they were bringing back the jug of milk since "milk is cheaper than water in Australia", but did not have the time to finish it.

Even though the airport asked him to leave the milk behind, the man was still determined to bring it back to China and gulped down the milk.

His friend cheekily commented that he'd never seen him drink alcohol like this and was surprised that he downed 2.5 litres of milk so quickly.

Let's just hope his digestive system can stomach the extra liquid on his long way home.
