Hotel Jen Tanglin Singapore offers turkey for takeaway but it is not the bird that is the real highlight.
Instead, it's the trimmings - each bird comes with ample portions of roast potatoes, slow-braised brussel sprouts with bacon, braised red cabbage, maple glazed chestnuts, roast root vegetables, apple and chestnut stuffing and three sauces - truffle giblet gravy, brown and cranberry.
The turkey and trimmings can easily keep 10 to 12 people quite satiated, and is sold at S$198. To end the meal on a sweet note, how about the La Buche Baname Chocolat logcake from Joel Robuchon Patisserie? The 500g logcake is made of Cacao shortbread, chocolate lightness and caramelised bananas, and is priced at S$90+.
The patisserie also offers other treats such as macarons and madeleines.
