Hairy crabs are back at Hai Tien Lo (Pan Pacific Singapore). The restaurant offers eight a la carte items and a six-course menu.
For me, the crab is best enjoyed steamed, so the crab with perilla leaves ($78 each) is the obvious choice.
If you'd rather just let the chef handle it, go for the set meal ($188, minimum two diners).
