SINGAPORE - Mobile data service for some M1 customers has been fully restored after a disruption on Wednesday morning, said the telecom company.
M1 posted a statement on their Facebook page at around 7.30am to apologise to their customers and inform them that they are rectifying the issue.
In a follow-up post at 8.18am, it said the service has been restored and customers who are still experiencing problems should power off and on their mobile devices.
Many took to their Facebook page to complain about having no data service.
Some also highlighted that the statement on M1's social media account is ineffective as they were not able to go online to see the notification.
