AsiaOne on air: International guest DJs, Neon Lights Festival with after-parties will keep you grooving throughout this weekend

This weekend is going to be busy with plenty of parties to check out. Try to keep up with our Party Girl as she boogies from one to the other.

Start your weekend early by heading to Ce La Vi tonight. I guarantee a great night of hip hopping to UK Kiss FM's DJ Shortee Blitz. There is no cover charge.

Also at Ce La Vi on Saturday, DJ Spinbad, who is comedian Russell Peters' DJ, will be on decks to entertain you. Cover for that is $38 with one drink.

On Friday, Kilo Lounge is having the third part to their 'A Series of Intentions' parties where they have pop-up parties at undisclosed venues.

House music DJs The Revenge from the UK will be on. Cover is $30 on the door, and you'll only find out where it is on Friday itself.

The Neon Lights Festival is on this Saturday and Sunday at Fort Canning Park. It'll be a weekend for art and music lovers. Last I checked, tickets are still available and on the door too.

Of course, with every festival comes the after-parties.

Refuge - that has newly opened at Chijmes and will be playing hip hop hop music - and kyo at Cecil Street - playing techno house music - are having after-parties.

Both venues allow free entry to Neon Lights wristband wearers so, don't cut them off.

Finally, on Sunday, get your Bollywood groove on at Esplanade with a free concert at their concourse from 4-8pm.

If you don't know, now you know.

To catch the Party Girl, listen to her on OneFM's #1 Breakfast Show with Glenn Ong and The Flying Dutchman on Thursday mornings.
