Cassel and Bellucci split after 14 years of marriage

Another one bites the dust.

Italian actress Monica Bellucci, 48, and French actor Vincent Cassel, 46, have separated after 14 years of marriage "by mutual agreement".

The couple tied the knot in 1999, three years after meeting on the set of French film L'appartement. They have two daughters, eight-year-old Deva and Léonie, three.

Rumours of their marriage being on the rocks started circulating in March, when Bellucci told Vanity Fair Spain that she and her husband lived separate lives.

A month later, she told UK's Grazia magazine: "Marriage, we never know how long it will last... Today, it works, but in a year, I don't know."
