Clooney in Venice for movie premiere

VENICE - Spotted! US actor George Clooney, 52, was seen hailing a water taxi in Venice last Thursday.
The Descendants actor was in town with co-star Sandra Bullock, 49, for the premiere of their new movie Gravity at the 2013 Venice Film Festival.
The highly anticipated Alfonso Cuarón's space flick is scheduled to open at the film festival today.
The film follows two astronauts who must work together to survive after their space shuttle is destroyed. Clooney plays a veteran spacewalker and Bullock is a newbie medical engineer.
Gravity will open in Singapore on Oct 10.
