Daughter comes before money for Andy Lau

HONG KONG artiste Andy Lau rejected a 50 million yuan (S$11 million) job offer as he wants to spend more time with his daughter Hanna, reported Guang Ming Daily.

It was learned that producers of the popular China television reality talent show, The Voice of China, had made the offer to Lau recently.

However, Lau did not accept it as he did not want to leave his three-year-old daughter in Hong Kong for too long, it reported.

Besides not accepting the job offer, Lau also crossed out world tours in the near future so that he could spend more time with Hanna, the report said.

Lau also said he would not leave Hong Kong for too long even if he was acting in a movie as he did not want to miss his time with his girl, the paper added.
