Fans in a frenzy after spotting David Beckham at Changi Airport

Football star David Beckham made a special appearance at Singapore's very own Changi Airport on Sep 16.

The 39-year-old had showed up to attend the world's first travel retail activation for Diageo's new Single Grain Scotch Whisky - Haig Club, which he jointly developed.

Changi Airport had posted photos of the event on their Facebook page. A video of him walking through the airport while surrounded by a crowd has also been circulating online.

The Haig Club ambassador even got to pose for a photo with Beckham, earning the envy of fans who called her 'lucky'.
