K-pop singer dies in car accident

EunB of K-pop girl group Ladies' Code died Wednesday in a car accident, police said.

The 22-year-old singer, whose real name is Koh Eun-bi, was injured after the van she was on lost control and crashed into a protective wall around 1:32 a.m. on a freeway near Yongin, Gyeonggi Province.

She was transferred to a nearby hospital but died despite efforts to save her.

Two other members -Sojung and RiSe -- were also severely injured, while the other two members and some support staff also suffered minor injuries. They are being treated at a hospital.
