ICONA POP - IT'S MY PARTY (FEAT. TY DOLLA $IGN)

Here's the perfect track if you are feeling like an entitled brat and/or sorry for yourself. For a mopey song, it is strangely infectious.

In this new remix and MTV-labelled "pity party anthem", Swedish duo Icona Pop bring back the famous chorus off Lesley Gore's similar-titled hit (It's my party and I'll cry if I want to).

Featuring US rapper Ty Dolla $ign this time, this song was previously off Icona Pop's self-titled 2012 album and featured another MC, Smiler.

SARAH MCLACHLAN - IN YOUR SHOES

The Canadian steers away from her usual ballads and sings of female empowerment in this track off her upcoming album Shine On.

She told E! Online: "It started out as a song about bullying and then (Pakistani activist) Malala (Yousafzai) was shot by the Taleban. She became an inspiration for finishing the song. She's a heroine for everybody. These days, young girls haven't had a lot of strong role models to look up to, and I think she's just an incredibly

positive role model for girls and humanity in general."

TIM MCGRAW - MEANWHILE BACK AT MAMA'S (FEAT. FAITH HILL)

Who said these lovebirds were fast heading for a divorce?

The US country singers' latest collaboration - a mellow and unfortunately, typically boring country number - is proof that they are very much in love even after 18 years of marriage.
