SINGAPORE - Hong Kong actor Nicholas Tse is said to have bought a HK$20 million (S$3,296,240) property in Singapore for his ex-wife Cecilia Cheung, reported Sina via Asian Pop News.
Cheung settled in the country with her two sons late last year.
As the Hong Kong celebrity has halted her acting career, Tse has reportedly increased her living expenses and bought the house for her and their two children, Lucas and Quintus.
Both boys are enrolled in an international school in Singapore.
Hong Kong media have reported that it was Tse who wanted his sons to study in Singapore.
Cheung had planned to reside in Canada with Lucas and Quintus, but Tse's family felt that it was too far away.
It was speculated that Tse initially wanted his sons to study in a Christian international school in Hong Kong, but they were rejected by the school after its name was leaked to the media.
