Sammi Cheng hopes to spend more time volunteering when she gets older, reported China Press.
The Cantopop diva said she had initially hoped to start an enterprise that hired people with intellectual disabilities.
However, she later gave up the idea because she thought that she did not have the capabilities to run such an enterprise.
"I hope to be a volunteer when I am no longer that busy with work - when I get older," she told reporters during an event in Hong Kong.
Cheng, who married fellow Hong Kong singer Andy Hui in 2013, said she did not plan to have a baby.
"There are many people in this world who need assistance and love. I think I can be a volunteer to help them," she said, adding that she would also encourage her husband to do the same.
