Pace Wu, fiance deny he two-timed her

Taipei - Taiwanese model Pace Wu and her fiance, investor Ji Xiaobo, have shrugged off a story that he two-timed her with Chinese actress Ying Er during Wu's pregnancy, says Taiwan Apple Daily.

On Thursday, the latest issue of Sudden Weekly said that Wu, 35, had been ditched after giving birth to a girl in February and that Ying Er, 25, recently posted online selfies also showing Ji, 45.

Wu and Ji said in a statement: "This happened when we were on a break. It's an old story. There's nothing to comment on."

Sudden Weekly said Ying Er travelled in Ji's private plane to Australia early this year and Wu was alone in Hong Kong during Chinese New Year. Wu denied this, said Taiwan Apple Daily.

According to Wu's friends, the new parents - who are mostly based in Hong Kong, where Ji is said to rent Four Seasons luxury apartments - have been inseparable for the past five months.

Ji is said to be a shareholder of Wynn Macau. Ying Er is best known as consort Xia Dongchun in 2011's television hit, Empresses In The Palace.
