Raoul sparkles

Local fashion label Raoul showcased its latest fall/winter 2014 collection during the Mercedes-Benz fashion week at Lincoln Center in New York. The collection, inspired by geometric elements, featured crumpled gold as well as silver and metal ornaments.
The presentation also marked the second footwear and handbag collection designed by accessories design director Raphael Young, who was appointed last year.
Fabrics and skins used in the accessories included cracked gold leathers, alpaca, silk, metallics, fur, ostrich and printed brocade. The fall/winter 2014 collection will hit Raoul stores here in July.
