Social media was abuzz over a Chevrolet Camaro that was parked at a refuelling spot of a petrol station in Sri Kembangan while the owner, an up-and-coming starlet, allegedly went to dine with her husband at a nearby restaurant.
An image of the canary yellow car was uploaded on the Internet by an angry customer and it quickly went viral.
The incident, which allegedly occurred early last week, drew a lot of criticism against 19-year-old Datin Paduka Eina Azman, known for her role in the film Ratu The Movie.
"Yes, that was my car," she confessed to Kosmo! but denied the allegations that she and husband Datuk Paduka Gurmit Singh, 34, had purposely left the vehicle there to have dinner at the nearby Subway outlet.
She claimed they had left the car to browse around the petrol station's store to buy some snacks and they were at the mart for only about 10 minutes.
"Is it not normal for anyone to stop at a petrol station for refuelling and, at the same time, do some shopping for snacks?" she asked.
"Why only pounce on my car but not show whether I had actually dined at Subway? This is just plain malicious," she said.
