Best thing I ate this week: Miam Miam spaghetti

'Best thing I ate' is a series where we share the best things we have eaten around Singapore. Read more here.
What: Miam Miam Spaghetti ($17.20)
Where: Miam Miam, Westgate #01-21/22, 3 Gateway Drive, Singapore 608532
This colourful dish might look normal, but it's actually a fusion dish packed with delectable ingredients that will make you come back craving for more.
Miam Miam is a casual cafe chain that prides itself on its combination of French techniques with Japanese ingredients.
The Miam Miam Spaghetti is their signature main course, tossed with a secret broth which gives it a savoury twist to the usual dry pasta.

Topped with a jiggly-wiggly soft-boiled egg, the combination of ingredients like bacon, sausage, tomatoes and herbs makes for a flavourful pasta that is not cloying in its richness.
The dish may not exactly be very affordable for an everyday pasta dish, but its unique taste sure justifies its price.
The restaurant also offers a variety of French desserts, including souffles, french toasts and their own yoghurt creations as well. However, the generous portion of the Miam Miam Spaghetti left me no space for any desserts (sad, I know).
Miam Miam has three other outlets open at Bugis Junction, Tampines One and Waterway Point as well.
