Chicken biryani at Ikea for 2 days only

SINGAPORE - Ikea will be offering chicken biryani at its restaurants next weekend (Oct 29-30) in conjunction with the Deepavali holiday next Saturday.

The dish will be available for $7 and will be served with a sambal egg and acar.

Ikea has rolled out a new sweet treat - a cheese mousse with lingonberry filing and almonds. It is made with quark (a light cream cheese similar in texture to greek yoghurt) instead of cream, and features a lingonberry compote in the centre with an almond biscuit base.

The dessert is originally priced at $3, but is currently available at $1.90 for a limited time.
