Do you dare to eat this 'acne' cake? It comes with squeezable 'pimples'

We've been told many times it's bad to pop a pimple.

Easier said than done - we just can't resist squeezing them all, especially when a special occasion or hot date is imminent. And we even secretly feel good after getting rid of all the yucky pus under the zits.

Probably to cater to those who enjoy pimple-popping, a cakeshop in Malaysia has actually come up with the cheeky idea of decorating their made-to-order cakes with poppable 'pimples'.

COOL OR GROSS?

Those repulsed by the bizarre feature would probably not eat the 'Pimple Popper Cake', let alone touch or go near it.

But acne-prone teens and those with a fascination with picking zits might just enjoy the fun of bursting the angry-red 'pimples' on the face-shaped cake.

When you press on the 'pimple', a blob of rich buttercream resembling pus pops out.

Well, if you like the novelty, you can place your order with The Cakescape in Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.

But it seems not many people are crazy about it. Only over 20 of these cakes have been sold so far this year, according to Mashable.

The bakery said most of the orders were reportedly for birthday and bachelorette parties.

But many are just fascinated by watching how a 'pimple' on the cake is squeezed. A video posted by the cakeshop on Facebook has captured over 4.9 million views within 17 hours.

The reactions have been mixed, but one thing is for sure - it should still taste like a cake, and probably quite yummy with the buttercream 'pus'.

Said Instagram user 'yasminjamall': "Disgustingly beautiful."
