Food picks: Fresh house-made yogurt at Whole & Hearty

Help yourself to fresh, unsweetened house-made yogurt and a wide range of toppings at Whole & Hearty, a two-month-old yogurt bar at Icon Village in Tanjong Pagar.

Takeaway cups come in three sizes - small ($4.50), medium ($6.80) and large ($8.50).

I love that you can fill your cup with as much as you can fit into it, from blueberries and dried apricots to granola, chia seeds and nuts. There are also items such as nut butters and milks, wheatgerm, flaxseeds and a long list of other healthy stuff.

Not a bad way to start the day.
