Michelin-starred chef Mieda opens first kaiseki restaurant outside Japan

One-Michelin-starred chef Nobumasa Mieda opens his first kaiseki restaurant outside Japan. The kitchen is helmed by chef Kenji Okumura - also the executive chef of multi-concept restaurant Takumi Kacyo at Keppel Bay - and chef Keisuke Ohno, who specialises in sushi. Six-course, eight-course and chef's omakase menus are available at the eight-seater. Prices start at $120 for a lunch set and $220 for dinner.
