Is this okay? Bits of feather found in food served to families at Tekong camp

A Stomp contributor saw bits of feather on a piece of chicken meat that was served to families at the Tekong camp on Tuesday (June 10).

According to the Stomp contributor, his friend was getting enlisted into army and he was seeing him off.

The Stomp contributor said:

"I was at the Tekong camp on Tuesday (June 10) accompanying my friend who was getting enlisted into army.

"That was when I was served this meal.

"I was disgusted to see bits of feathers that were still on the chicken meat that was served to families at the camp.

"I understand that recruits should not be pampered but I feel that food standards must still be monitored."

Stomp contributors, what's your take on the quality of meals being served at NS camps?
