The sweet line-up includes seven log cakes created by executive pastry chef Terence Pang to contrast the "Seven Cardinal Sins" with the "Seven Heavenly Virtues", such as Envy, with Lemon Mint Mousse, Lemon Curd and Mint Sponge, and Greed with Caramel Ganache, Vanilla Caramel and Caramel Sponge; gingerbread houses, cookies and fruit cake; tarts and cakes such as the Almond Frangipane Tart and Vanilla Cheese Cake; and Stollen bread.
