Mikuni (Fairmont Singapore, Tel: 6431-6156) is offering an eight-course fugu (puffer fish) tasting menu at $220 per person.
Don't expect it prepared in a traditional way though. Dishes include Globefish Skin Jelly with Miso and Fugu Mirin Boshi and Globefish Shirako Egg Custard with Yuzu.
The menu is available till the end of January.
