Game review: Watch Dogs

Game review: Watch Dogs

You are Aiden Pearce, a highly skilled hacker bent on hunting down those who harmed his family. You are able to hack into the Central Operating System that controls almost every piece of technology - down to security cameras and traffic lights - along with key information about everyone in an alternate Chicago.

The concept of being able to hack anything in an open, evolving city is awesome and innovative. And you can do it straight from your smartphone. How cool is that?

You also get to fire a range of weapons and steal cars or boats to shake off your foes on both sides of the law. You must apply both brain and brawn to outwit your foes.

The game was originally slated for release last November, along with the next-generation consoles, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

But the release was delayed till spring this year, much to the disappointment of many gamers.

The wait should be worth it. This is one game that I really look forward to playing.

Available in Q2

Genre: Action adventure

Platforms: PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One
