Get lost in Wonderland

Get lost in Wonderland

You're all set for a gathering at Jurong Point. But, things are not going as planned…

Your friend, Alice, did not show up at the meeting point. She was messaging you about a mysterious white rabbit bouncing about, when she suddenly went offline.

While looking for her, you realise that there are clues left around Alice's favourite hangouts in the mall. These clues are her desperate attempt to communicate with you, as she is now trapped in another realm - and the portal is closing soon.

Can you track her down and bring her back before it is too late?

You only have one hour. Tick tock…

FANTASY WORLD IN THE SUBURBS

No, this is certainly not your typical outing at the shopping mall.

It's the premise for the inaugural Wonderland event at Jurong Point on Oct 15 and 16, the first large-scale escape game designed for a shopping mall in Singapore.

Escape games, where players must solve puzzles in order to escape a room or space within a given time limit, have been rising in popularity in Singapore.

Recognising this trend, Jurong Point's management approached an escape game specialist to design a game exclusively for the mall.

With Wonderland, the 750,000 sqft Jurong Point will be the first shopping mall in Singapore to play host to an escape game. It is a chance for shoppers to experience the mall in a whole new way - beyond its retail and F&B offerings.

LOST IN WONDERLAND

Wonderland recreates the fantasy world of Lewis Caroll's Alice in Wonderland within the sprawling Jurong Point, incorporating unique features of the mall as well as its tenants.

Enter an alternate reality where Jurong Point is transformed into a magical game world, filled with mysterious clues, challenging puzzles and fantastical fictional characters.

Working in teams of up to six players, players are challenged to track down their fictional friend Alice, who disappeared off the grid after sending messages about a mysterious white rabbit. Upon investigation, they will find a trail of clues in Alice's favourite hangouts at the mall- clues left by a desperate Alice, who is trapped in another realm and in danger of being sealed off forever.

To find Alice, players have just one hour to piece the clues together, solve puzzles and clear game stages before the portal to Wonderland closes.

These game sessions will be held at 11am, 12.30pm, 2.30pm, 4pm, 5.30pm and 7.30pm on Oct 15 and 11am, 12.30pm, 2.30pm, 4pm and 5.30pm on Oct 16.

The best teams from these sessions will then gather for a final showdown at 7.30pm on Oct 16, where they will battle to win the grand prize of S$5,000 worth of Jurong Point shopping vouchers.
