There's a new place to get your steamboat fix.

ShiLiFang (#07-10 Orchard Central) opened last month, offering six soup bases and 30 choices of dipping sauces.

You can test their promise that food will get to you within five minutes.

They also promise MSG-free food, and no deep-fried, pan-fried or stir-fried dishes.

The spot is also good if you're eating alone, with counter seats available.
