HTC joins Apple and Samsung in releasing a gold variant of its flagship smartphone.
According to Engadget, the gold HTC One will be available across Europe with a number of telco partners. Aside from the new colour, the internals of the One remain the same. This means that you get a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 quad-core 1.7GHz processor, 2GB RAM and the UltraPixel rear camera.
Images showing a champagne gold HTC One housing were leaked on Chinese social networking site Weibo in September, which suggested that the Taiwanese phone maker may be expanding its colour range.
The current colours available for the HTC One are vivid blue, glamour red, glacier silver and stealth black. Only the red, silver and black models are sold in Singapore.
