SINGAPORE - Two residential sites have been released today for sale under the 2nd half 2013 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
Together, these two sites can yield about 980 residential units.
An Executive Condominium site at Westwood Avenue was launched by the Housing Board for sale under the Confirmed List, while URA has made the land parcel at Lorong Lew Lian available for application for sale under the Reserve List.
Tender for the land parcel at Westwood Avenue will close at 12 noon on Jan 7 next year. Selection of the successful tenderer will be based on the tendered price only.
Developer's packets containing details and conditions of tender of the land parcel at Westwood Avenue are available at HDB's procurement office at the HDB Hub in Toa Payoh.
