HDB launches tender for residential site at Anchorvale Lane

SINGAPORE - The Housing and Development Board (HDB) announced on Wednesday (June 29) that it has launched a public tender for the sale of a residential site at Anchorvale Lane.
The land parcel was included under the confirmed list of the Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme for the first half of 2016.
In a statement, HDB revealed that the 21,014.6 sq m site will be able to yield about 635 residential units, and has a lease period of 99 years.
The site is located beside Punggol Reservoir, and can be accessed via the Tongkang LRT station on the Sengkang LRT line.
Malls nearby include Compass One, Rivervale Mall and Rivervale Plaza, while there are also carious schools, parks and a sports complex in the vicinity, according to information posted on HDB's website.
The tender will close at 12 noon on August 23.
