17% pass rate for medical practice qualifying exam

SINGAPORE - For the past three years, 17 per cent of Singaporean students pass a qualifying examination for foreign medical-school graduates who have graduated from schools that are not on Singapore's list of recognised schools for practice.

Such graduates need to pass the test to practise here.
