Farrer Park Hospital appoints new CEO

SINGAPORE - Dr Timothy Low will lead Farrer Park Hospital as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), that started from Sept 1 this year, said the new private tertiary healthcare institute establishment in a statement on Tuesday.

Dr Low has more than 25 years in the healthcare industry and has earned recognition as an outstanding medical expert who has worked closely with business experts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Upon his appointment, he said: "I am humbled by the opportunity to be part of Farrer Park Hospital, to contribute to the cause of building the hospital to become the choice healthcare facility in Singapore and the region."

"I will continue in this momentum to make Farrer Park Hospital the choice for patients through providing optimum treatment outcomes, quality patient services by specialists and nurses, and top-notch facilities for clinical practice," he added.

Dr Low previously served as CEO of Gleneagles Hospital and as Medical Affairs senior executive for pharmaceutical and medical device industries in the Asia Pacific region.

He also pioneered the establishment of a global contract research organisation with Singapore as its regional headquarters.
