Fattest person in China dies of heart failure

The photo taken on April 14 shows Sun Liang, who was the fattest person in China, several days before he died of cardiac failure in Rizhao city, Shandong province on April 20.

Sun, 22, weighed 300 kg, and doctors said the excessive weight put pressure on his organs - especially his heart - and this led to his death.
