SINGAPORE - A "game show-inspired" obstacle race, Wet N' Wild Run 2014, will be making its debut in Singapore.

The non-competitive 5k run will be held at Sentosa on September 27, 2014 and anyone over thirteen years of age can participate.

The event has no fitness requirements, and with no time limit as well, participants can take their time to enjoy the route's challenges, which are spread over five kilometres.

Some familiar favourites include the balancing rope bridge and monkey bars, while more unique obstacles include Monster Ball - five-foot bouncing balls which attempt to knock everyone off their feet and into the water.

There will also be a four-storey high inflatable slide with a 175-feet plunge for the race's finale. There are a total of twelve obstacles and a post-race party by The Butter Factory
