Exercise regimen: I run 10km twice a week. I also play football twice a week. I try to take regular breaks from my desk, taking a walk every 45 minutes.
Diet: I avoid oily and deep fried food. I need to have carbohydrates such as rice, noodles or bread and I like to eat meat too. I try to eat four to six small meals a day. I always start the day with breakfast, either cereal or toast.

Exercise regimen: I practise Bikram Yoga six times a week. I do not do any other type of exercise.
Diet: I love my carbohydrates such as rice, pasta and bread. I eat lots of fruits and vegetables but I do not take very much meat. My magic food is pineapple - every day if possible - and I keep myself hydrated all day.
