Exercise regimen: I go to the gym at least four times a week, each time concentrating on a muscle group.
I would also do cardio such as running or speed-training twice a week.
Diet: I don't have a very strict diet but I always try to go for the healthier option.
Breakfast is two pieces of wholemeal bread with peanut butter and a bowl of fruit and nut crunch cereals.
I do, however, try to taper my carbs intake to the earlier part of the day.

Exercise regimen: I visit the gym and lift weights - I've a personal trainer - and go for TRX Suspension Training once a week.
I run three to four times a week, with a maximum distance of 5km.
I try to improve in my timing each time.
Diet: I maintain a low-carbohydrate diet.
I eat at home or cook my own food.
When I eat out, I opt for non-carbohydrate side dishes.
I snack on fruits and nuts.
I try not to succumb to non-healthy food but if I do, that happens on days when I work out.
