Exercise regimen: I go to the gym at least four times a week, each time concentrating on a muscle group.
I would also do cardio such as running or speed-training twice a week.
Diet: I don't have a very strict diet but I always try to go for the healthier option.
Breakfast is two pieces of wholemeal bread with peanut butter and a bowl of fruit and nut crunch cereals.
I do, however, try to taper my carbs intake to the earlier part of the day.
