I would also do cardio such as running or speed-training twice a week.

Diet: I don't have a very strict diet but I always try to go for the healthier option.

Breakfast is two pieces of wholemeal bread with peanut butter and a bowl of fruit and nut crunch cereals.

I do, however, try to taper my carbs intake to the earlier part of the day.

I eat at home or cook my own food.

When I eat out, I opt for non-carbohydrate side dishes.

I snack on fruits and nuts.

I try not to succumb to non-healthy food but if I do, that happens on days when I work out.
