Exercise regimen: I do short-distance training by running 400m and swimming 50m intervals once or twice a week. I also train my core muscles with pull-ups and push-ups (15 x 15 sets), leg raises (10 x 10 sets) and kettlebell swings.
I practise the martial art san da and mixed martial artsthrice a week. I also play football and do dragon-boating once a week.
Diet: I restrict my carb intake to muesli, brown rice and wholemeal bread because they are high in fibre. I like vegetables and fruit. I indulge in chocolate and cheesecake once a week. I also eat a lot of chicken breast and medium-rare beef steak.
