Exercise regimen: I hit the gym five or six times a week for about an hour before work. I've identified the muscle groups that aren't gifted genetically and I'll make sure to train them twice a week. I try to combine bodybuilding and functional training because I believe that every exercise must aid your daily activities in some way. I'm blessed to be able to work out with Limaran every morning.
Diet: I'll try my best to have most of my meals packed from home during the weekdays. But during the weekends, my wife Limaran and I will let loose and eat almost anything we want. For both weekdays and weekends, the meals with higher carbs will be consumed in the earlier part of the day.

Exercise regimen: I hit the gym most mornings with my husband Jason. Many females are worried about getting bulky by lifting weights but I want to be an example of a woman lifting weights and still fitting into pretty dresses and casual outfits, and not looking like a she-hulk. My training also includes bodyweight training to get myself comfortable carrying my own body, which is highly important for females in preparation for pregnancy.
Diet: Jason and I pack homecooked food everyday and every meal is carefully planned to ensure we get our daily macros and nutrients. Every weekend, we will indulge in a meal at our favourite restaurants. This is a good balance between having food that my body needs and wants.
