Exercise regimen: As I am preparing for the DBS Marina Regatta on May 17-18, I have been doing endurance strength training five days a week in the gym for 90 minutes, and dragon boat rowing on the weekends with my team.

Diet: I choose food which is rich in protein, such as chicken breast. I don't really control my diet and have a sweet tooth, but I believe my training is intensive enough to burn the calories I consume.

Lin Xinli, 28, Engineer

Height: 1.69m
Weight: 55kg

Exercise regimen: I love to dance! My main workout comes from dance conditioning and choreography. I pole dance 11/2 hours two to three times a week and also dance salsa and bachata 11/2 hours about twice a week. On top of that, I also enjoy brisk walking.

Diet: I don't have a special diet. I try to eat three regular meals, especially a hearty breakfast of hot milk with oats. A homemade sandwich with an occasional hard-boiled egg is a must! I also love my cooked greens in general, especially mummy's home-cooked simple dishes.
